How it Works

• To join the Zarraffa’s Z Card^® program simply head to one of our stores or download our mobile app to purchase your Zarraffa’s Z Card^® for $7.50 and start earning Z$^® straight away.
• If you have purchased your Zarraffa’s Z Card^® in store you will now need to register your Zarraffa’s Z Card^® via our website or the Zarraffa's Coffee App. If you cannot read the pin on the back of your card, lost your receipt or have any other card issues, please contact us or view our frequently asked questions.
• Upon registering your Zarraffa's Z Card^®, the value of a standard Tall hot beverage* will be loaded to your card.
• If you have already purchased your Zarraffa’s Z Card^® and would like to check your balance or update your details, simply sign in or download the Zarraffa's Mobile App.
• Zarraffa’s Z$^® will accrue with every hot/cold menu listed beverage, bulk coffee beans and Okapi capsules purchased in store at 10% of the price less GST
• Once you have earned enough Z$^®, you will be able to redeem them for menu beverages at the checkout.
