Zarraffa's Coffee Now Pouring at Logan Central
Logan Central, we have arrived!
We are thrilled to have continued our southeast Queensland expansion, with the opening of a new Logan Central store led by longstanding Franchisee Justin Fu, marking his third location within the network.
Leading the Logan Central team is a familiar face within the Zarraffa’s herd, longstanding Franchisee Justin Fu, who began his journey with us more than two decades ago when he purchased his first store in Toowong in 2005. Since then, Justin has expanded his Zarraffa’s journey to Cannon Hill in 2018 when the store relocated, Capalaba Park in late 2025 and now Logan Central.
As a multi-site operator, Justin brings a wealth of experience to the Logan Central store, along with a genuine passion for community and connection.
“Zarraffa’s has always been about more than coffee; it’s about building relationships with customers and being part of the local community,” Justin said.
“We are very much looking forward to bringing that same approach to our Logan Central store and creating a space where locals can enjoy specialty coffee and feel connected.”
Community is at the heart of everything Justin and his team do. Over the years, they have supported local childcare centres, schools and sporting groups through donations, and they look forward to continuing that commitment as they put down roots in the Logan Central community.
Zarraffa’s Coffee CEO Marnie Sheldon said Justin’s continued journey with the brand is a reflection of the passion he brings to his stores and the communities they serve.

His dedication and passion are what we stand for and have helped shape us as a brand over the past three decades,” Ms Sheldon said.

Designed with convenience in mind, our Logan Central Store features an easy drive thru experience alongside a walk-up window, giving customers more ways to enjoy their Zarraffa’s favourites on the go.
Whether you prefer the convenience of staying in the car or like to stretch your legs and order at the walk-up window, the store is designed to make picking up quality coffee and delicious bites quick and easy.
Of course, you’ll find all your Zarraffa’s favourites waiting for you. Stop by for your morning Masai coffee, grab a yummy breakfast on the go, pick up a bite for lunch or treat yourself to one of our freshly baked in-store items.
The new store is also expected to create up to 30 local job opportunities, with Justin and his broader multi-site team focused on supporting training and development as the team grows. As a hands-on franchisee, Justin will be a familiar face in store from day one.
Our herd keeps growing
Leading the way in retail coffee innovation, we continue to grow towards our goal of expanding to 200 sites nationally ahead of the 2032 Brisbane Olympics.
Logan Central marks the 87th Zarraffa’s Coffee store, with our herd now proudly spanning Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia, South Australia and Victoria. It’s an exciting milestone for the brand, and we’re thrilled to welcome the Logan Central community along for the journey.
