How it Works
- To join the Zarraffa’s Z Card® program, simply head to one of our stores or download our mobile app to purchase your Zarraffa’s Z Card® for $7.50 and start earning Z$® straight away.
- If you have purchased your Zarraffa’s Z Card® in store, you will now need to register your Zarraffa’s Z Card® via our website or the Zarraffa's Coffee App. If you cannot read the pin on the back of your card, have lost your receipt, or have any other card issues, please contact us or view our frequently asked questions.
- Upon registering your Zarraffa's Z Card®, a complimentary 'Welcome to the Herd!' reward token will be loaded onto your card.
- If you have already purchased your Zarraffa’s Z Card® and would like to check your balance or update your details, simply sign in or download the Zarraffa's Mobile App.
- Zarraffa’s Z$® will accrue with every hot/cold menu listed beverage, bulk coffee beans and Okapi capsules purchased in store at 10% of the price less GST
- Once you have earned enough Z$®, you will be able to redeem them for menu beverages at the checkout.
