You spoke, and we listened!
Our team have been busy reviewing your feedback and have been brewing up some changes to our Mobile App. We are excited to release a round of new updates to our app, packed with even more benefits for our customers!

Introducing the streamlined sign-up process.
Signing up is a breeze with our simple three step process, which can all be done within the App. Simply download the app and click “Register” and you can now complete your sign up within five minutes of downloading.
Looking to sign up in store? We’ve got you covered with our new simplified process. When you are picking up a Zarraffa’s Z Card® in store, you will now sign up with your mobile number. From here, you will receive a SMS from our system to start the easy registration process.
If you forget to register, no problem! Our system will send you another SMS next time you scan your Zarraffa’s Z Card® to remind you.
Keeping your data safe.
One of the new initiatives that comes with the release of the new version of the mobile app is the reduction of personal data that we gather. We want to reduce the personal information we keep on file to ensure your data is safe.
We will no longer collect your full address, and have cleared our system to only show suburbs, states and postcodes. Another big part of this clean up was removing birth dates of customers and only having birth months and years on file.
New membership levels.
Want to be a part of the herd but don’t want to sign up to become a Zarraffa’s Z Card® member? You can now sign up to join us as an App Member.
App Members will be able to create an account and log into the app, with access to our store information, our menu, the rewards tab and to send us your feedback.
If you are looking to join as a Zarraffa’s Z Card ® member down the track, you can easily change your membership in our settings on the app and begin earning Z$® on purchases and access exclusive promotions.
Rewards For All.
New app users now receive benefits, with the launch of the new Rewards tab. Receive exclusive rewards that you can claim in store as both an App Member and Zarraffa’s Z Card® member.
Just for downloading and signing up to our new app, you will receive a complimentary drink that you can claim in store.
