Zarraffa’s Brews Up Changes to our Mobile App!
Introducing the streamlined sign-up process.
Signing up is a breeze with our simple three step process, which can be done within the App. Simply download the app and click “Register” and you can now complete your sign up within five minutes of downloading.
Looking to sign up in store? We’ve got you covered with our new simplified process. When picking up a Zarraffa’s Z Card® in store, you will now sign up with your mobile number. From there, you will receive an SMS from our system to start the easy registration process.
If you forget to register, no problem! Our system will send you another SMS next time you scan your Zarraffa’s Z Card® to remind you.
Keeping your data safe.
One of the new initiatives that comes with the mobile app is the reduction of personal data that we gather. We want to minimise the personal information we keep on file to ensure your data is safe.
We no longer collect your full address, and have cleared our system to only show suburbs, states and postcodes. Another big part of this clean up was removing birth dates of customers and having only birth months and years on file.
New membership levels.
Want to be a part of the herd but don’t want to sign up to become a Zarraffa’s Z Card® member? You can now sign up to join us as an App Member.
App Members can create an account and log into the app. From there, you can access our store information, our menu, the rewards tab, and send us your feedback.
If you’re looking to join as a Zarraffa’s Z Card ® member down the track, you can easily change your membership in our settings on the app and begin earning Z$® on purchases and access exclusive promotions.

App users receive exciting benefits via the updated Rewards tab! Receive exclusive rewards to redeem in store as both an App Member and Zarraffa’s Z Card® member.
Just by downloading and signing up to our app, you’ll receive a complimentary drink reward token to claim in store! Plus, each year during your birthday month, we’ll issue you a Birthday reward token as a little celebration from us, redeemable across any of our hot or cold beverages!
These are just a few of the exciting changes, in addition to all our regular features that are still available, such as the digital version of your Zarraffa’s Z Card, earning Z$, our menu at your fingertips, and more!
