The noticeable difference in our Single Origin beans can be defined by one word: flavour.

Our newest Single Origin bean, Papua New Guinea Jiwaka, hails from the heart of the Jiwaka Province, known for its rich volcanic soil and impressive coffee yield.

This unique coffee is the result of local farmer Anis’s dedication to quality and community. He established the mill in his village to help empower the local elders, particularly women, who cultivate small coffee gardens. Anis is passionate about selecting only the ripest cherries, even providing transportation to collect harvests from nearby farms, and rewarding coffee drinkers with only the highest quality beans.

Each cup of Papua New Guinean Jiwaka reflects the dedication and care poured into every step of its journey - from vibrant coffee crops to your cup. This coffee is a testament to sustainable practices and the extraordinary coffee-growing traditions of the Jiwaka Province.

Single Origin coffee is grown within a distinct geographic location, meaning either a single farm or one country. It is influenced by specific natural attributes such as climate, landscape, and altitude where the beans were grown.

Each bean delivers a bespoke flavour, providing taste profiles that might sometimes get lost in a blend.
