Responsibilities

Our Store Managers typically oversee all aspects of the store operations, including recruitment, training, and
supervision of staff. Your role may involve tasks such as preparing weekly schedules within labour budgets, finding suitable
replacements for staff absences, and identifying ways to reduce operational costs while maintaining high standards.


As a people person, you’ll excel in creating a positive culture, resolving customer feedback regarding food quality and service,
developing strategies to attract and retain customers, leading shift management, and creating a positive atmosphere for customers
and employees.


Ensuring good product control, you'll direct staff in product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness. Maintaining
accurate business records, following compliance with set policies and procedures, and all relevant legislative requirements can be
an essential part of the role.
