DOES MY LOCAL ZARRAFFA'S STORE HAVE WI-FI?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available at all Zarraffa’s store locations. There’s no better way to complement your favourite Zarraffa’s Coffee and bite to eat than with Wi-Fi, on us! To find your closest Zarraffa’s store, click here.

How do I access the Wi-Fi?

Please complete the steps below to access the complimentary Wi-Fi:

  1. Ensure that you are in a Zarraffa’s Coffee store to begin the process.

  2. Select your preferred device to access the wireless signal e.g. mobile, tablet or laptop.

  3. Visit the Wi-Fi settings on your preferred device.

  4. Click on ‘Zarraffa’s Coffee’ from the network connection list available (it may take a moment to load).

  5. Depending on your device, you may also need to select ‘Connect’.

  6. Once the Zarraffa’s Welcome Screen loads, please review the terms and conditions. If you agree, please select the ‘Connect to Wi-Fi’ button.

If your device settings are selected to connect to the network automatically, then you simply need to click on ‘Zarraffa’s Coffee’, review the terms and conditions and accept them to proceed. 

DO I NEED A PASSWORD TO CONNECT?

A password is not required to connect; however, you will need to accept the terms and conditions to access the Wi-Fi service.  

HOW FAST IS THE WI-FI?

The Wi-Fi speed will vary, based on the capabilities of your device, internet congestion during the time of access, wireless signal interference and the location of the wireless access point. Every store is different and although Zarraffa’s will use its reasonable endeavours to provide a reliable, stable and secure Wi-Fi service, we cannot guarantee that your access will be continuous, fault-free, secure or accessible at all times.

Please be mindful that the Wi-Fi can be disrupted, therefore it may not be suitable for apps or games requiring a continuous, uninterrupted connection. 

WHICH WI-FI SERVICE PROVIDER IS USED AT THE STORES?

The Wi-Fi service provider will depend on the individual store. Please note that the speed and connection capabilities will be dependent on the store’s device model, access point location and signal strength.

Why can’t I connect to the Wi-Fi?

If you’re having trouble accessing the Wi-Fi, please ensure that you’re connected to the correct network (called ‘Zarraffa’s Coffee’) and have agreed to the terms and conditions. If you’re still struggling to connect, please ask one of the friendly baristas to assist.

IS THE WI-FI SECURE?

Zarraffa’s strongly recommends that you install or have installed suitable anti-virus and firewall software on your wireless device to prevent unwanted traffic or downloads to your device. Zarraffa’s recognises and values the protection of your personal information. Any information collected will be in accordance with the privacy policy.
