It’s been a year full of moments worth celebrating. We’ve welcomed new communities across new regions, explored exciting flavours through limited-time releases, and travelled the world one cup at a time with each Single Origin release. Beyond the cup, we’re proud to have continued our conservation work, helping protect the wildlife and environments that matter most. We’ve reached a lot of special milestones this year.

We brewed up new stores 👋

We heard your requests and we delivered. This year, we proudly welcomed 11 new stores to the Zarraffa’s herd, opening in some of your favourite locations across the country.

We said a warm hello to Ayr, Caboolture South, Capalaba Park, Gracemere, Heatherbrae, Karawatha, Logan Village, Munno Para, Pakenham, Rockhampton South and Underwood North. Expanding our footprint into South Australia and Victoria marked a major milestone and a big moment in Zarraffa’s story.

So, what’s next in 2026? As our footprint continues to grow, we’re excited to see our herd expand even further across Australia and we can’t wait to share what we’re brewing up next!

A YEAR OF PURPOSE

2025 was a year of meaningful progress for us, marked by the announcement of our long-term sponsorship with Wildlife Warriors and the continued strengthening of our collaboration with Australia Zoo.

This year, we proudly pledged a 10-year, $500,000 commitment to Wildlife Warriors, supporting vital rescue, rehabilitation and conservation work. With every cup our customers enjoy, they help protect wildlife across Australia and around the world, a reminder that small daily rituals can create real impact.

We also continued our collaboration with Australia Zoo, working together to champion education, conservation and world-class animal care. Their ongoing efforts inspire us, and we’re proud to help share their message with our community.

flavours of the year 🎖️

Every year, we love to experiment with new flavours to craft the ultimate drinks that keep you satisfied all year long.

From sauces and syrups to toppings and textures, we love pushing flavour boundaries. This year, we treated our Zarraffa’s customers to two standout favourites: the rich, velvety Butterscotch Bliss and the wildly satisfying Cookies & Cream Fusion.

Butterscotch Bliss took us on a nostalgic journey, while the return of the all-time favourite Cookies & Cream landed just in time for Summer.

We’re stoked to crown these as our Flavours of the Year, celebrating not just the drinks themselves but the excitement they sparked along the way. From in-store buzz to exciting competitions, we invited our Herd to taste, vote and get involved as these flavours rolled out across our stores. And if you missed out, don’t worry… there’s plenty more flavour-fuelled fun coming in 2026. 😍

Your taste buds TRAVELLED the world 🌍

Our Single Origin beans are a coffee lovers must-try! More than just coffee, they’re premium sourced, full-bodied beans that celebrate the unique flavours and stories of regions around the world.

This year, we sipped five Single Origin releases, each carefully selected from distinct growing regions. We began the journey in Papua New Guinea, where bold, expressive brews set the tone for the year. From there, we travelled to South America, tasting the craft of local farmers in Colombia and Peru. We wrapped up our travels in Ethiopia, before finishing the year in the misty highlands of Indonesia in South East Asia, where each cup offered a new story in every sip!

We’re incredibly proud of our Single Origin range. It connects us with the communities who grow our beans and reminds us that their knowledge, care, and dedication are at the heart of every perfect cup.

Just like that, our taste buds went global. Where will our Single Origin beans take us next year?✈️
