Coffee at Home - Bean of the Week
Brazilian
This Single Origin exhibits flavours of divine dark chocolate with a lovely hint of roasted almond.
Our Brazilian coffee performs best in a cold brew extraction, while still holding it’s own with milk-based espresso drinks (i.e. Latte, Cappuccino, Mocha). Both extraction methods will allow you to bring out the best flavours of the Brazilian Single Origin.
Whichever way you enjoy your coffee, ask one of our Friendly Baristas about grinding the beans in store to suit your needs, while you wait.
Brazilian Brewing Tips
If using the Brazilian in a milk-based espresso extraction, having a mocha is a delicious way to enjoy it. The chocolate enhances the already present dark chocolate flavours in the bean and leaves you with a deliciously chocolatey mocha that has a hint of a roasted almond aftertaste
If using Brazilian to make a cold brew some great ideas are:
Add Coconut milk the coffee when you go to drink it to get a delicious tasting coffee that tastes like chocolate coconut slice
Freeze some of it in ice cube trays and then use the cold brew ice cubes in your cold brew to keep it cool!
If you have any questions about enjoying our Zarraffa’s bean range at home, don’t hesitate to ask one of our friendly baristas next time you’re in store picking up your favourite beans!
