Our latest Single Origin release takes you on a journey to the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia. The Ethiopian Sidamo specialty bean is grown at elevations between 2000-2250 metres above sea level, where the cooler temperatures and rich soil nurture some of the world’s most complex and celebrated coffees.

With a cupping score of 84.5 and an omni roast profile designed for both espresso and filter, this bean captures everything specialty coffee lovers seek to experience. More than just a cup, Ethiopian Sidamo connects you to coffee’s ancient roots. Legend tells of a goat herder named Kaldi, whose herd led to the discovery of the coffee cherry in the Ethiopian highlands. Centuries later, Sidamo remains at the heart of Ethiopia’s coffee culture, producing beans prized for their bright acidity and complex, fruity depth.
