The noticeable difference in our Single Origin beans can be defined by one word: flavour.

Sourced from a small farming cooperative, in the Peru Region Quillabamba, who are dedicated to the sowing, harvesting, gathering and commercialisation of organic and fair trade green coffee beans.

The word AYNI means “today for you, tomorrow for me,” suggesting that giving comes before receiving.

With tasting notes of rich baker’s chocolate, blackcurrant, black tea warmth, and a finish of caramel and nougat, Peru Ayni delivers a balanced, indulgent coffee experience that honours both the land and the people behind it.
