The noticeable difference in our Single Origin beans can be defined by one word: flavour.
Sourced from areas of the Baba Budan Mountain Range in Karnataka, South West India, a region that has built a global reputation for producing some of India’s finest washed Arabica.
The Ratnagiri Estate, translating to Pearl Mountain, was inspired by its picturesque mountains and has been handed down over three generations of coffee harvesters. With a score of 82 and delivering aroma’s and tasting notes of velvety smooth cocoa, rich raisins and sugary plum combined with a decadent milk chocolate.
Single Origin coffee is grown within a distinct geographic location, meaning either a single farm or one country. It is influenced by specific natural attributes such as climate, landscape, and altitude where the beans were grown. Each bean delivers a bespoke flavour, providing taste profiles that might sometimes get lost in a blend.
