ZARRAFFA’S COFFEE BREWS UP NEW LOCATION IN HEATHERBRAE
Building on the specialty coffee company’s growing footprint across the east coast, we have announced the opening of our second drive thru site in the greater Hunter region.
The Heatherbrae store officially opened its doors today and marks the second site for seasoned franchise operators, Trent Moody and Oliver Humphry, who also operate the Belmont North location in Lake Macquarie.

With over 16 years combined experience, Trent and Oliver share deep roots with the specialty coffee company. Trent’s journey saw him progress from in-store to working at Head Office, while Oliver developed his expertise on the frontline and together, they now operate two stores across the group.
“This has been a long and exciting journey for us, one filled with lessons, growth and plenty of great coffee,” said Franchisee Trent Moody.
“We’ve been backed by the brand every step of the way and built something we are truly proud of. Opening our second store in a market that boasts a thriving coffee culture is a major milestone and the next chapter in what we hope is a long and rewarding story.”
Primed for the latest iteration of the brand’s innovative drive thru model, Zarraffa’s Heatherbrae is positioned in a high-traffic location with strong commuter flow and a growing local community.
The new site is conveniently located just off the motorway at 2179 Pacific Highway, positioned next to a service centre offering an ideal pit stop for travellers and locals looking to dine in, or for those who prefer a premium coffee experience on-the-go.
Creating up to 30 new local jobs through a dedicated training and recruitment program, the Heatherbrae store promises to offer our signature experience that people know and love.

The Heatherbrae store will feature our renowned range of signature coffee drinks, along with a selection of delicious food options, including the brand’s new freshly baked in store range, breakfast items, and savoury snacks to complement the coffee experience.
The new store will service the bustling Heatherbrae area and surrounding suburbs of the greater Hunter region.
